Design And Engineering
A team of technical experts under project division, well equipped with latest software’s initiate the execution process as preparation of drawings & BoQ related project team consists of time proven Experts supported with talented Engineers from Chemical, Environment, Electrical & Instrumentation fields and the draftsmen are rightly reinforced by process wing dominated by Microbiologists, Ecologists, Chemist and Process Supervisors.
Manufactring
SAF has a widely developed and effective vender network for the fabrication & Assembling of its entire range of products. Inspections at each stage of operation from Raw Materials, through all steps of Manufacturing and Assembly, ensure a Quality product. All products have to be manufactured as per relevant Indian and International Standards/Codes. Further the movement of all materials/equipment are closely monitored and controlled from the inspection stage up to delivery/ receipt at work site.
Augmentation & Upgradation
SAF has the capability to provide a team of experts to study and un-cover the customer’s exact need and to recommend remedial actions, as well as strategies to increase the process efficiency and productivity. The scope of activities includes:
Providing Basic Engineering.
Drawing up specifications for equipment required for renovation and balancing.
Design and supply for equipment.
Preparation of implementation plan, based on the delivery schedule.
Installation, start up & commissioning.
In addition SAF also undertakes water management services which include Feasibility, Treat-ability and Recycling or Re-use studies.
